Bigger button

The whole button "paradigm" has somewhat changed in version 3.0. The new
version will have different (and yes they will be larger) buttons.
Version 3.0 has been pushed to Apple for approval a few hours ago.
Hope you and everyone else appreciate how we've set things up. I'm sure we'll
get both positive and negative feedback. It's hard to get everyone happy!
