Hi,

I updated to the new app and re-entered all of my info. The good news is that it works. The bad news is that every time it connects to the controller I get a "could not connect to the controller" error. If I dismiss the error it works. When I toggle a door it opens or closes and gives the same error.

We're not seeing that ... We've tested thoroughly on multiple devices and haven't
experienced such issue. Anyone else seeing this ?

This is strange because we haven't changed any of the server communication logic ...

Anyone else ?

Hi,

Have you configured more than one controller ? If you have and one of them isn't a valid Arduino
controller URL, you will get valid responses from the properly configured controller(s), but you'll
end up displaying an error message because it couldn't reach the second/third/fourth faulty controller ...

If you only have one controller, then just define that one only. Could it be that ?
