Wonderin if anyone has experienced this before. My setup has been working perfect for 2+ years and now all of a sudden it doesn't send notifications. When I put in the http and port in chrome it now only says 'Closed Closed Closed Cyber0219'
The app itself is working fine, just no notifications. BTW mine is set to send nitifications through email via SMTP2GO

That's odd. We also updated to iOS 9 and also use Prowl ... I haven't seen any Prowl updates come it yet and things are still working for us.

I have iOS 9.0.2 on iPhone 6s Plus and Prowl app notification works fine when doors open. You might want to delete the app, reinstall it, and log in again.

I just noticed this issue also. The set up has worked perfect for months with notifications . However, recently, the notifications from Prowl have stopped working. I haven't touched the sketch or the app or prowl settings. But, the phone is running 9.1.

* If I send a mail to the Prowl address, it arrives instantly as a notification and in the Prowl app.

* The door opener app operates the door. The app also reports the Open and Closed status in the colored dots correctly.

I restarted my phone and 1"open" notification came through but not the closed and after that I can not get them to send again.

I have:

deleted and reinstalled Prowl

removed all devices in prowl and reinstalled.

I haven't touched the sketch or the app or prowl settings. But, the phone is running 9.1.

I am curious if you got yours fixed. I am considering creating a new API code and uploading that.

Thank you for any advice.

John

Have you tried rebooting the Arduino as well ?

Again, thank you for all the support on this forum.

The product and the support and community behind it are great. I have worked in hardware and software support for many years but have no experience with the Arduino or the sketches to run them.

A simple power off and back on and I am fully functioning again. It was odd that just the Prowl notifications had stopped and all else was working.

Thank you again for all the help and for this great product.

Cheers!

John
