Toggle implementation

I would like to be able to control a certain relay by putting it to on or off for a certain period of time/ or until the next command.
For the moment, from what I see...is only possible to give impulses but the relay will return to its initial state.
To make it clear, when I press ON -I want the relay to stay ON until I will press OFF.

Is this possible?
